Writing Ourselves into the Book of Life

When: Friday, June 13th, 20th and 27th at 5:15-6:00 PM

Where: Rabbi Miller’s Office

We will be preparing materials for the second annual congregational High Holiday supplement, focusing on various themes of the Days of Awe.  No art or writing experience needed, just an open mind and a spirit of exploration!  Teens welcome and encouraged to participate.

Sessions:

1. June 13th: Putting memories and personal reflections into words. 
2. June 20th: Understanding the Machzor (prayer book) and illustrating meaning through collage.
3. June 27th: Writing original poems and prayers.
