We feature an excellent staff of teachers dedicated to instilling a love of our tradition in our students. Our Education Director works with our Bnai Mitzvah students on their Mitzvah Project and works closely with the Rabbi to insure a meaningful, spiritually satisfying family simcha. The Mission Statement of the Mispallelim Religious SchoolOur school is guided by the principles of the Conservative movement. We offer a learning environment which is egalitarian, cherishes Halacha and Mitzvot, and embraces study which welcomes open, honest questioning. The Mispallelim Religious School educational program is designed to open the pathway to life-long Jewish education for the youth of our congregation. At Ohev Shalom we aim to make education an enterprise of joy, pride and accomplishment. We hope to engage the hearts and minds of our children, to help them sense the continuity of Jewish tradition, and to give them the tools to lead an active, committed Jewish life today and in the future. Our school is committed to the idea that Jewish education cannot take place without the involvement of the entire family. Therefore, we offer various Family Education programs. Class Schedule
