Phyllis Lebowich has been a member for her entire life — first with her parents, then with her husband Bob. She had her Bat Mitvah at Ohev in Chester with her twin sister Susan in 1962, and was married at Ohev in 1971. Her children Jill & Debbie had their Bat Mitzvahs here, and Debbie was married to Steven Epstein in 1999 at Ohev.

Phyllis came to Ohev as the bookkeper in 1986. She has seen many changes in the operation of the office — from a single MS-DOS computer that was shared, to the current networked system we have now...and from doing many things manually, to computerizing just about everything.

She has enjoyed her years as Ohev's bookkeeper.
